Built for hiring teams in Uganda
Every application, read properly. Every decision, made by your team.
KaziFlow reads each CV against the requirements you set and shows the evidence behind every match, so your team can shortlist with confidence, even when 300 applications arrive in a week.
No scores, no rankings. Just evidence your team can check.

The challenge
Recruitment shouldn’t mean sorting through hundreds of CVs manually.
Applications arrive everywhere, and many CVs are scans or phone photos. Good candidates get missed in the pile, and the rest wait weeks without hearing back.
- CVs on email, WhatsApp, and paper
- Scanned and photographed CVs
- Hours of repetitive reading
- Hard to compare people fairly
- Candidates left without updates
- No record of why decisions were made
Your recruitment process deserves one place to manage it all.

Explainable screening
See the evidence, not a score.
KaziFlow checks every application against the requirements you set. Each requirement is marked confirmed or not found, with the line in the CV or answer it came from, so anyone on your team can check it.
Not found doesn’t mean the candidate lacks a skill. It means the information they submitted doesn’t show it, and your team knows exactly what to ask about.
No black box. No ranking. No automatic decisions.
A structured starting point for your team’s judgment.

Human oversight
AI can assist the decision. It doesn’t make the decision.
AI never shortlists, rejects, or moves a candidate. Every stage change is made by a person on your team and recorded, with the reason.
AI provides
- CVs turned into structured, readable information
- Evidence for each requirement you set
- What is missing or unclear
- Draft updates for candidates
Humans decide
- Who gets shortlisted
- Who is invited to interview
- Who receives an offer
- What every candidate is told
Your stages, your names, your order. Every move is a person’s choice.

Built for Uganda
Made for how hiring actually works here.
Most applicant tracking tools assume every CV is a tidy PDF and every candidate checks email. KaziFlow doesn’t.
WhatsApp and SMS updates
Candidates can apply with just a phone number and choose how they hear from you.
Reads scanned and photographed CVs
A CV photographed on a phone is read like any PDF, so no one is marked “not found” because of a bad scan.
Understands Ugandan qualifications
UCE, UACE, certificates, diplomas, and degrees from Ugandan institutions are recognized for what they are.
Light on slow connections
The apply page is small and fast, and works on a basic smartphone over mobile data.
Designed around the Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019
Consent is recorded for each purpose. Candidates can see, correct, or withdraw their data. And no hiring decision is ever made by automation alone.
Security and trust
Candidate data deserves careful controls.
CVs hold some of the most personal information people share. Only the people who need it can see it, and every view, change, and decision is recorded.
- Role-based access
- Private, virus-checked CV storage
- Each organization kept separate
- Every action audit logged
- Consent recorded per purpose
- Data hosted in the EU
On the roadmap
What we’re building next.
Shaped by our pilot teams. None of this is live yet, and we’ll say so until it is.
Interview scheduling
Online, physical, panel, and hybrid interviews with invites.
Interview scorecards
Structured criteria, scored by each interviewer.
AI-assisted interviews
Voice or text answers, judged on substance, never appearance or accent.
Recruitment analytics
Time to hire, conversion, and where candidates come from.
Frequently asked questions
Clear answers for responsible recruitment.
Does AI make hiring decisions?
No. AI organizes the information candidates submit and points to the evidence for each requirement. Every shortlist, interview, offer, and rejection is a decision made by a person on your team.
Is there a score or a ranking?
No. KaziFlow shows which of your requirements the submitted information confirms, and where that evidence came from. It doesn’t rank people or hide a score.
What happens when information is missing from a CV?
The requirement is marked “not found”. That means the CV did not show evidence for it, not that the candidate lacks the skill, so your team knows exactly what to ask about.
Do candidates need an account or an email address?
Neither. Candidates can apply with an email address or just a phone number, get updates by email, SMS, or WhatsApp, and follow their application through a secure link without a password.
Can it read scanned or photographed CVs?
Yes. Scans, phone photos, Word files, and PDFs are all turned into readable text before anyone reviews them.
How is candidate data protected?
Candidate data is stored privately on servers in the EU and kept separate for each organization. Every view, change, and decision is logged, and candidates give consent for each purpose and can withdraw it at any time.
What does the pilot involve?
We set KaziFlow up with your team for your open roles, check in regularly to hear what works and what doesn’t, and agree pilot pricing with you up front.

Pilot program
We’re onboarding our first pilot teams.
If you run hiring for an organization in Uganda, join the pilot and help shape a recruitment tool built for how you actually work.
- Guided setup for your first open roles
- A direct line to the people building it
- Pilot pricing agreed with you up front
- Your feedback shapes what we build next
